Launching a server on Digital Ocean
Register at Digital Ocean, and get $100 for 2 months. During registration your first project is created. Open the Droplet (virtual server) creation section
You need the Ubuntu 16.04 x64 operating system. A server configuration with 8 GB of RAM will do.
Frankfurt and Amsterdam are the closest to Russia; you can choose either one.
Specify a short server name and start the creation process.
Once the server is ready to use, open its parameters
Copy the IP address with a click and save it, together with the login and password that were sent to your email.
That completes the server launch procedure.
